Permitted use

The site is for informational and case-evaluation use.

Submissions

Information submitted through the case-evaluation form is reviewed by a Cryptocule analyst. Submission does not by itself create an engagement.

Engagement and fees

Case evaluation is free. Engagement fees, where applicable, are set out in the engagement letter.

Limitation of liability

Cryptocule’s liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
